Flexible approach to active support to Scouting
Members aged 18+ and have willingness to volunteer
SAS Unit members can be full members or associate members
Preferably adults without current leader commitments
Some training needed for members (module 1 only)
Unit run by a SAS Manager, who has
Wood Badge to manager level
Service agreement with District to specify the need within the District,
including catering, event marshalling and security
Members wear the SAS
knecker or the new District knecker
